With space for up to thirteen gastronorm pans (not included), you can prepare a selection of your customer’s favourites from your menu to help cope with the rush of demand during peak periods. You are given a choice of either a soft or hard blast chill depending on your time constraints, both of which can be started easily thanks to the unit’s three-step chilling function.
