Reliably keep up to eight 1/3rd size gastronorm pans of food hygienically chilled and ready for prep or service with the Polar G-Series countertop prep fridge. Equally effective as a self-service salad station or part of a takeaway sandwich/salad prep line, the Polar offers impressive cooling performance, even when ambient temperatures reach as high as 32°C.
Angled slightly towards the user, the fridge helps you to quickly access ingredients, making it perfect for pizza, sandwich or wrap prep. And as each pan can be quickly moved or replaced, it’s simple to load or clean – great for saving time during time-sensitive opening or closing hours. The inclusion of the glass surround helps to improve hygiene, reducing contamination from sneezes and coughs.
Polar G-Series kitchen refrigeration is designed for everyday commercial use in demanding professional environments. With strong commercial construction and hard-working compressors, choose G-Series refrigeration if you need a long-lasting, hard-working unit which will be accessed frequently. The G-Series range excels in conditions up to 32°C.
