Product description
Designed work perfectly with the Merrychef eikon e3 oven, the Merrychef Eikon e3 non-stick baking and roasting tray brings effortless pastry cooking to busy kitchens. A durable non-stick finish releases croissants, Danish pastries, and sausage rolls in seconds, reducing breakages and cutting down on costly waste. At 300x271mm, the tray is perfectly sized for the e3 cavity, allowing hot air to circulate freely for even, golden results in convection mode.
Grease channels collect drips before they reach the cook plate, so daily cleaning times are reduced, allowing staff to move on to the next service task faster. Simply wipe the Merrychef non-stick baking and roasting tray between batches to keep output high and hygiene standards higher – an ideal upgrade for cafés, bakeries, and quick-service counters aiming to maximise every minute
